*Cancellation & Refund Policy: You may cancel your spot on the retreat with no penalty until Friday, February 6 2026. Cancellation must be received in writing to receive a refund. Cancellation after February 6, 2026 will result in 100% non-refundable payment.

*Rainout Policy: We will do our best to adjust clinic schedules in the case of rain. No refunds will be given for weather.
